*          Provides direct patient care including evaluation and treatment as outlined by the guidelines of NYS Occupational Therapy Practice Act and Hospital policy. 

* Provides routine clinical mentoring to Staff OTs,   COTA's, Rehabilitation Aides/ Senior Nursing Attendants, students and/or volunteers.

 *         Embraces the team concept of the department and the customer service approach to patient care

*          Work Schedule  -  Sunday - Thursday  Opportunity to work a 4 day or 5 day work schedule

                                            5 day work week- Sunday - Thursday- hours vary, can be 8am-4:pm, 8:30am- 4:30pm or 9am-5pm

                                          4 day work week – Sunday -Thursday - day off varies, hours vary

Job Details:

*          BS in Occupational Therapy – Required

*          Masters Degree  - Preferred

*          NY State OT License and Registration – Required

*          Minimum of 3 years clinical experience  - Required
