Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Current PT license meeting Missouri licensure criteria or current Missouri PT license.
• BLS from AHA only.
• 1 year of PT experience.

Assignment Details

• Schedule: 4x10.
• Hours: 10:30am – 9:00pm.
• Shift Days: Monday - Thursday.
• Weekend Hours: None.
• Call Requirements: None.
• Float Requirements: None.
