Key Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans developed by licensed Physical Therapists, ensuring adherence to best practices and protocols tailored to each patient's needs.
• Assist patients in performing therapeutic exercises, gait training, and manual therapy techniques, encouraging them to build strength, balance, and mobility.
• Document patient progress meticulously in our electronic health record system, facilitating clear communication with the care team regarding treatment efficacy and adjustments.

Compensation and Benefits
