Physical Therapist Clinic Manager

CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Clinic Manager to lead clinical operations in our outpatient rehab clinic. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, oversee staff scheduling and performance, and ensure delivery of evidence-based physical therapy services. You’ll manage caseloads, coordinate interdisciplinary care, and maintain regulatory and documentation standards. As a clinical leader, you’ll mentor therapists, support continuing education, and foster a collaborative, patient-first culture focused on outcomes, quality, and community engagement while driving clinic growth and operational efficiency.
