DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITES: - Weld VAF body to maintain its position.
- Reading and understanding blueprints prior to starting each order.
- Measuring and cutting materials to be used in each order.
- Checking finished work to make sure that it falls within the tolerances marked on the blueprints.
- Set up fixtures - weld, TIG VAF's into position.
- Must have the ability to follow the production schedule and work with little or no supervision.
- Responsible for keeping up with daily production flow and needs while meeting all requirements of the product drawings.
- Operate assorted forklift models as needed in order to move products, parts, equipment, materials, etc. in a safe fashion.
- Responsible for moving loads of material safely from one process to another.
- Maintain equipment and report any irregularities or malfunctions prior to end of shift.
- Train and assist other personnel as needed.
- Work safely to maintain daily production quotas and reporting with a very high standard of product quality. Follow all company policies and regulations including but not limited to job-related safety, health, ISO, personal protective equipment, security, environmental procedures and policies.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITES: - Ability to follow instructions and continued training throughout employment with a desire for self-improvement.
- Excellent communication skill, both verbal and written.
- Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings.
- Ability to read tape measures with the same ability to read calipers and micrometers.
- A willingness to work any shift on any day including overtime scheduled or in an emergency.
- Trustworthy with ability to work with little or no supervision.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: - Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
- Must be able to lift up to 25lbs.
TRAINING REQUIRED: Training will be ongoing throughout employment based on duties as assigned.
