This role supports both new product development and sustaining engineering, with a focus on injection-molded connector components, TPU/TPE over-molded parts, and low-pressure molded interim shot tooling. What You'll Do

The manager designs and reviews injection molds for medical connector components, over-molded strain reliefs, and cable assemblies, and supports tooling concepts including gating, venting, cooling, steel conditions, surface finishes, slides, lifters, and other mold actions. This position partners closely with product engineering to ensure designs are manufacturable, robust, and cost-effective, and interfaces with external domestic and offshore mold shops during tool design, build, debug, and qualification. The manager also assists sustaining engineering teams with tooling-related issues, yield improvements, and design updates.
