Full job description
Wellstar seeks a skilled Breast Sonographer to provide high-quality breast ultrasound imaging on a PRN basis. In this role, you will perform diagnostic breast ultrasounds, assist radiologists with image review and procedures, and ensure accurate documentation in the electronic record. You will offer compassionate patient care, clearly explain exams, and support patients through the diagnostic process. Working within a collaborative, patient-focused team, you will follow safety and quality standards, maintain equipment, and participate in ongoing education across a leading not-for-profit health system.
