  • Night shift medical-surgical RN opportunity
  • Typical 5:1 patient ratio with a team-focused care environment
  • Approximately six weeks of unit orientation

Schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Night Shift, Full-Time (36 hours/week)
Department: Med/Surg 2, Innovations Unit (8th Floor)
Location: Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center

What We're Looking For:
  • Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license. In order to be considered for current licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course.
  • Experience: One year relevant experience, preferred.
  • Licensure/Certification: Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required.
What You'll Do:
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse medical-surgical patient population
  • Assess, prioritize, and coordinate care across a broad range of diagnoses
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support safe, high-quality outcomes
  • Use evolving technology and clinical tools to support patient care and nursing workflows
  • Participate in rotating weekends and holidays with no on-call requirement
