As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate patients with musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, and integumentary conditions and develop evidence-based plans of care. You will deliver individualized treatments, document evaluations and progress, adjust plans based on response, and coordinate with physicians and the care team. The role includes patient and family education, discharge planning, safe use of modalities and equipment, and may involve supervising PT assistants, rehab aides, and students under applicable regulations.
