Occupational Therapist

VNS Health seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered home care services in the Bronx. In this field-based role, you will assess functional abilities, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and promote safety and independence in the home. Collaborate closely with nurses, rehab staff, and caregivers to coordinate comprehensive care.
