BJC HealthCare seeks a Wound Care Clinical Nurse to deliver specialized, evidence-based wound assessment, treatment, and prevention for diverse adult patients. Responsibilities include performing comprehensive wound evaluations, developing and implementing individualized care plans, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, educating patients and staff on wound care best practices, and ensuring accurate documentation in the EMR. The nurse will support quality initiatives, infection prevention, and pressure injury reduction while contributing to a compassionate, mission-driven care environment with opportunities for growth.
