Mobile Phlebotomy Supervisor

Intermountain Health is seeking a Mobile Phlebotomy Supervisor to lead a team providing high-quality, patient-centered mobile blood collection services across the community. The supervisor will coordinate daily routes, assign workloads, and ensure timely, accurate specimen collection and processing. Responsibilities include staff scheduling, training, performance coaching, and maintaining compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards. The role also manages supply inventory, resolves patient and client concerns, supports quality improvement initiatives, and partners with clinical teams to enhance service access and efficiency.
