Position Overview: - Location: Philadelphia, PA, 19103 - Target Start: September 14, 2026 - Target End: Long-Term - Ages: 2 years & 3 months - Pets: Dog (1) - Parking: Street Parking/Driveway - Schedule: Monday - Friday 2:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. About the Family: This family is seeking a kind, proactive part-time nanny/household manager to join their care team alongside their full-time nanny. With the addition of their second child, they recognize the value of providing each child with dedicated one-on-one attention and are looking for someone who will seamlessly integrate into their collaborative, tag-team approach. They hope to find someone who is organized, takes initiative, and enjoys being an active partner in both childcare and household support, someone who is truly invested in their children's well-being and helping the family thrive. Their toddler is a sweet, book-loving little boy who may be shy at first but quickly warms up and is a wonderful big brother. Their infant is enjoying tummy time, reaching developmental milestones, and beginning to explore the world. Responsibilities: - Full child card - Light housekeeping - Family laundry - Family dinner/cooking - Household organization Compensation: - Pay: $30-$32/hr gross - Paid Vacation: 1 week - Paid sick/personal: 3 days Qualifications: - At least 3 years of full-time nanny experience - Newborn experience - Sibling experience - Comfortable with WFH parent - Comfortable with dogs - CPR and First Aid Certified - Vaccinations Required: Cvid, MMR, Tdap and Flu Reference Job ID: FAR02
