Base Salary:

Join an established and supportive team of: • 16 full-time anesthesiologists • 2 part-time anesthesiologists • 2 full-time CRNAs • 2 anesthesia technicians Diverse case mix including: • Healthy pediatrics • Low-volume OB • Trauma • Neurosurgery • Thoracic & vascular • Cath lab • Gynecology, general surgery, plastics, orthopedics • Gastroenterology, oncology, ophthalmology, urology • Cardiac cases available based on interest and experience Call Structure Options:
First Call (In-House) Track • 7 weeks of night call (7pm-7am), 7 days on / 7 days off • 7 additional post-call weeks, significantly increasing total time off • Guaranteed post-call day off • Ideal for candidates seeking maximum vacation time Second Call (Backup) Track • No in-house call requirement • Approximately q9 second-call rotation • Lighter call burden Perks: • Fair and equitable compensation from day one • Equal vacation, scheduling, and call structure • Collegial and supportive environment • Willing to train new graduates Qualifications:
