Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse - $2790 per week.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 18 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 12 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience with 9 months within the last 12 months.

• Experience with Meditech is preferred.

• 12 months of acute care experience.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Alabama license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: HealthTrust Program - DCH Health System and no current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - DCH Health System.

• 6 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: HealthTrust Program - DCH Health System and no current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - DCH Health System.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: - 2 years experience; however, will consider 18 months of experience, working under the highest level of professional license, and must have 1 year of recent experience in the field of specialty.

Required Credentials: - No temp licenses accepted. - All RNs are required to complete a Cardiac Exam during onboarding. RNs are allowed two attempts and must achieve a minimum score of 80% to pass prior to clearance. ICU and ED RNs will also be required to take an on-site test in addition to the online pre-test.

Unit Details: - Renal unit caring for patients with acute or chronic kidney disease that may require renal replacement therapy. - Specializes in post-hemodialysis and ongoing peritoneal dialysis.

Shift & Scheduling: - Holidays as required. Every other weekend. - Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 12 months
