Medical Lead Veterinarian

North Dallas Veterinary Hospital seeks a Medical Lead Veterinarian to oversee high-quality medical, surgical, and preventive care for dogs and cats in our full-service small animal practice. The Medical Lead will manage complex cases, perform surgeries and dentistry, guide diagnostic and treatment plans, and ensure best-practice standards of care. This role includes mentoring veterinarians and support staff, supporting hospital protocols, and fostering strong, trusting relationships with clients in our compassionate, family-oriented, and client-focused environment.
