Registered Nurse, Acute Care Rehabilitation

UCHealth is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for a night-shift role in acute care rehabilitation. Provide patient-centered nursing care, assess changing needs, administer medications, and coordinate individualized plans with an interdisciplinary team. Support patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery as they work toward greater independence. Educate patients and families, document care accurately, and promote safety, dignity, and positive outcomes.
