Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Tender Touch Rehab Services seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality, evidence-based rehabilitative care to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, lead therapeutic exercises and functional mobility training, and monitor patient progress to promote safety, independence, and quality of life. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary care team, educate patients and families, document services accurately, and contribute to a supportive, patient-centered culture that values dignity, respect, and clinical excellence while offering mentorship and professional growth.
