Your New Role

• Perform residential HVAC diagnostics, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance

• Service air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, ductwork, and indoor air quality systems

• Deliver accurate diagnoses and recommend appropriate solutions based on customer needs

• Complete repairs safely, efficiently, and according to company standards

• Maintain detailed service documentation and communicate clearly with customers

• Manage your daily service calls with professionalism and ownership

• Consistently produce high-quality work while meeting performance expectations

• Collaborate with your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience

• 2 to 5 years of residential HVAC service experience

• Ability to diagnose HVAC systems independently and work safely without direct supervision

• Experience servicing air conditioning systems, furnaces, heat pumps, and related HVAC equipment

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Coachable mindset with a willingness to learn and improve

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to stay productive independently

• Commitment to quality workmanship and outstanding customer service

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

• Ability to lift equipment, work in confined spaces, and perform the physical demands of residential HVAC service

• EPA Certification preferred or required, as applicable
