Geriatric Licensed Nurse (RN or LPN)

RiverWoods Exeter seeks a compassionate RN/LPN to provide person-centered care for residents in our continuing care retirement community. In this role, you will administer medications, perform clinical assessments, coordinate care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote residents’ health, safety, and independence across independent living, assisted living, and nursing care. You’ll build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families while working in a supportive culture focused on respect, teamwork, and professional growth.
