Geriatric Licensed Practical Nurse

Amsterdam Nursing Home in Manhattan seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to provide high-quality day-shift care to long-term and short-term rehab residents. The LPN will administer medications and treatments, monitor vital signs and resident conditions, document care accurately, and support physicians and RNs with care plans. You’ll assist with ADLs, provide memory care support, and respond promptly to changes in status. This role works closely with an interdisciplinary team in a resident-centered, culturally sensitive environment that values dignity, respect, teamwork, and continuous learning while supporting residents’ comfort and independence.
