Pay Range: $120,000-$145,000

What You’ll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):

• Manage financial analytics used to support business projections vs prior years and prior forecasts. This includes analysis used in external guidance and market analysis.

• Present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reporting, including variance analysis, key business drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead, coach, and develop an FP&A analyst or other finance team members, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and strong business partnership.
• Implement appropriate recommendations with business partners to improve its policies, procedures, and drive positive results. 
• Evaluate and improve planning processes, reporting tools, data quality, and financial systems to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

• Perform other duties or projects as assigned. 

What You’ll Need (Qualifications):

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field.  
• 4 - 8 years of related experience.  
• Professional certification is not required but encouraged (e.g., CFA, CMA, etc.)
