?? Hiring Immediately: Finishing Manufacturing Associates ??

Orchard Park, NY

We are seeking Finishing Manufacturing Associates to join a growing manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for candidates with manufacturing experience, mechanical aptitude, or those looking to build their skills in a fast-paced production environment.

Available Shifts

? 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM

? 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:00 PM

? 3rd Shift: Sunday-Friday, 11:00 PM-7:00 AM

Responsibilities

  • Perform finishing operations such as deburring, polishing, reaming, tapping, and blasting.
  • Use hand and power tools to complete production tasks.
  • Follow work instructions, blueprints, and quality standards.
  • Complete required production and inspection documentation.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.

Qualifications

  • Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn new processes and follow instructions.
  • Commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork.

  • Drug screen required.
