Renal Clinical Nurse Coordinator

HCA Healthcare is seeking a Renal Clinical Nurse Coordinator to provide specialized care for patients with kidney disease. In this role, you will coordinate and deliver evidence-based renal nursing care, manage dialysis schedules, support pre- and post-transplant patients, and collaborate with nephrologists and interdisciplinary teams. You will assess patient needs, develop and update care plans, educate patients and families on renal health and treatment options, and monitor treatment responses and lab results. The coordinator also helps improve clinical protocols, mentors staff, and supports quality and safety initiatives aligned with HCA’s patient-centered culture.
