Summary:
The Integrated Marketing Project Manager will work closely with SPA’s Director of Marketing to develop, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns that advance organizational goals and effectively engage target audiences. This role supports the development of campaign strategy from concept through completion, and will translate institutional priorities into data-informed marketing initiatives across multiple channels. The Integrated Marketing Manager will also collaborate with SPA’s larger Communications & Marketing team to produce compelling content, ensure consistent brand messaging, and deliver high-quality campaigns on time and within budget. By monitoring performance metrics and analyzing results, the Integrated Marketing Project Manager drives continuous improvement, strengthens return on investment, and support the development of strategic insights to leadership to inform future marketing efforts.
Essential Functions:
1.) Campaign Strategy and Planning
Support the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns that align with organizational priorities and target audience needs. Collaborate with marketing leadership to define campaign objectives, key performance indicators, messaging, and audience targeting strategies. Conduct market research, gather institutional data, and help translate strategic goals into actionable campaign plans. Assist with timeline development, resource coordination, and campaign planning to support successful execution.
2.) Campaign Execution and Project Management
Manage the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and aligned with established goals. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, creative partners, digital teams, and external vendors to support workflow and project progress. Monitor campaign activities, identify and address challenges, and help maintain consistency in messaging, branding, and overall campaign quality across platforms.
3.) Content and Creative Direction
Collaborate closely with the SPA Comms team and other stakeholders to produce campaign content and creative assets across digital channels, including graphics, short-form videos, email content, and social media assets. Provide creative direction and feedback while designing, editing, and optimizing assets as needed to support campaign goals. Ensure all deliverables maintain a high standard of quality, consistency, and effectiveness.
4.) Channel Strategy and Optimization
Support the implementation and management of campaign activities across digital, social media, email, web, and other appropriate channels. Assist in deploying campaign assets, monitoring channel performance, and recommending adjustments to improve engagement and reach. Apply best practices and emerging trends to optimize campaign effectiveness.
5.) Performance Measurement and Analytics
Track and evaluate campaign performance using established metrics and reporting tools. Analyze engagement, conversion, and other performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Prepare reports and dashboards that communicate results and support data-informed decision-making by marketing leadership.
6.) Stakeholder Communication and Compliance
Maintain regular communication with internal stakeholders to provide updates on campaign progress and outcomes. Support alignment with organizational priorities and help respond to evolving needs. Ensure marketing activities adhere to institutional policies, brand standards, accessibility requirements, and other relevant guidelines.
7.) Other Duties as Assigned
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
Full-time.
35 hours per week.
Hybrid 1 work modality (3 - 4 days per week on campus).
Salary Range:
$72,500.00 - $75,000.00 annually.
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field required.
3 - 5 years progressively responsible experience in marketing, campaign management, or a related field.
Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and working within a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master’s degree in a related field preferred (may be substituted with additional relevant experience).
Experience with marketing analytics tools, CRM systems, or marketing automation platforms preferred.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
Demonstrated knowledge of marketing principles, campaign strategy development, and audience segmentation.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Ability to analyze data, interpret performance metrics, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop and refine messaging for diverse audiences.
Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, web content, and paid media.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage complex workflows.
Knowledge of branding principles and experience maintaining consistent brand standards.
Ability to manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
Strategic thinking skills, with the ability to align marketing efforts with broader organizational goals.
Adaptability and initiative to respond to changing priorities and emerging marketing trends.
