Stepdown Overflow Registered Nurse

Mission Health is seeking a Stepdown Overflow Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to acutely ill patients transitioning from ICU or med-surg units. In this role, you will perform complex assessments, administer medications, manage telemetry and drips per protocol, and respond rapidly to patient status changes. You will collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams, educate patients and families, and support safe discharges.
