We are seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician to join our thriving outpatient practice in Modesto, California —a charming community with easy access to major metro areas.


Opportunity Highlights

  • $320,000 guaranteed salary for a 4-day work week
  • $50,000 sign-on bonus
  • $40,000 annual retention bonus for up to 5 years (total $200,000)
  • Option to receive up front if desired
  • 100% outpatient position – NO call required
  • Manageable patient volume
  • EMR: Athena
  • 4 weeks vacation + 1 week CME
  • Up to $20,000 relocation assistance

You’ll provide residents of Modesto and surrounding areas with high-quality, accessible care in a supportive environment.
