Full job description

Looking for an experienced, nurturing infant caregiver in Wilmington for our sweet 8-week-old boy! Mom is home (returning to work in Oct; Dad works in-office). Baby is a fussy sleeper, so your main goal is providing a dedicated block for Mom to sleep. Schedule: Tue/Wed/Thu, 12–4 PM (12 hrs/wk) Focus: Soothing, formula feeding, diapering & safe sleep. Requirements: • Proven newborn experience (<3 mos) • Infant CPR/First Aid certified • Vaccinated & non-smoker • Comfortable with Mom resting upstairs Note: We have a small, non-shedding 15lb dog who stays with Mom and won't bother you.
