Physical Therapist Assistant

Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to support patients recovering from major illnesses and injuries in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. In this role, you will deliver hands-on care under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, guiding patients through therapeutic exercises, gait training, and mobility activities that restore function and independence. You’ll document progress, educate patients and families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a culture built on compassion, integrity, and clinical excellence, with ample opportunities for learning, specialty training, and career growth.
