What You’ll Do:
The Electrical Field Manager is responsible for leading, developing, and managing a team of electricians to ensure exceptional customer service, quality workmanship, safety, and operational efficiency. This role oversees the daily field operations of the electrical department, provides technical guidance and coaching, monitors performance metrics, and partners with other departments to achieve company goals related to revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction, and employee development.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED is required; technical or vocational training or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of residential electrical experience.
- 2+ years of supervisory or management experience.
- Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems and National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Proven ability in creating, leading and driving teams/projects
- Basic understanding of ServiceTitan Software desired
