What You'll Do:
* Provide leadership and oversight for nursing services, ensuring high-quality care and clinical excellence throughout the community
* Implement nursing best practices and regulatory standards to support positive resident outcomes and compliance
* Develop, mentor, and educate nursing staff, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
* Enhance communication between staff, residents, and families to promote trust, engagement, and exceptional customer service
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address the unique healthcare needs of residents and support individualized care planning
What You'll Need:
* Active Registered Nurse (RN) License with the State of Minnesota
* Must be 18 year of age or older
* Previous Director of Nursing experience is preferred but not required
