Key Responsibilities

  • Implement tailored treatment plans as directed by licensed Physical Therapists, guiding patients through prescribed rehabilitation exercises, and providing necessary adjustments.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' functional movement, balance, and coordination to ensure optimal treatment strategies are in place.
  • Monitor and meticulously document patient progress, routinely updating supervising Physical Therapists to adapt treatment as necessary for enhanced recovery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring that all equipment is used properly and adhering to safety protocols at all times.
  • Assist with scheduling patient appointments and performing selected administrative duties to support clinic operations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily caters to patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. You will engage with individuals of all ages, offering compassionate support tailored to their unique rehabilitation needs. Qualifications

  • Possession of an Associate's Degree in Physical Therapist Assisting is required.

  • A minimum of two years of outpatient experience is highly preferred, especially in an orthopedic or rehabilitation setting.
  • Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, with experience in WebPT being advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

We are pleased to offer a competitive salary range of USD 60,000 – 70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
