Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC 1+ years of experience Experience in LTC/SNF/TCU setting

Schedule: M-F Days per week: 5 Occasional weekend coverage as needed Expected volume: 10-20 patients per day
