JOB SUMMARY:
Assists the Vice President of Quality & Patient Safety and the Vice President of Pharmacy & Respiratory Therapy, to support the design, implementation, and ongoing management of the medication safety program across the health system. Supports the identification, evaluation, and mitigation of medication-related risks through event review, data analysis, and the application of evidence-based practices. Contributes to initiatives aimed at reducing patient harm, improving clinician workflows, and enhancing medication-use safety across care settings. Serves as a medication safety subject matter resource, participates in multidisciplinary committees, and assists with monitoring key performance indicators to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and national safety standards. Summary
