K–12 Academic Tutor and Mentor – Education Nonprofit

As an Academic Tutor and Mentor at City Year, you’ll work full-time in K–12 classrooms to provide individualized academic and social-emotional support. In partnership with teachers, you’ll tutor students in core subjects, lead small-group interventions, track progress, and help create an engaging, inclusive learning environment. You’ll model leadership and growth mindset, support attendance and behavior initiatives, and build strong relationships with students and families.
