Love shoes? Love helping people? Join our team at Shoe Station at Rogan’s! We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Store Associate who enjoys creating great experiences for customers. If you have strong people skills, a positive attitude, and can handle basic math while working a register, you might be the perfect fit.
What You'll Do:
- Greet customers and offer help finding shoes and accessories
- Operate the register: handle cash, give change, and process returns
- Use basic math and counting skills for transactions
- Share promotions and Shoe Perks program with customers
- Keep displays neat, organized, and well-stocked
- Support loss prevention and store cleanliness
What We're Looking For:
- Great communication and listening skills
- Strong customer service mindset
- Ability to count cash and perform basic math accurately
- Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Must be at least 16 years old
