Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
Hourly Rate: $55.00 – $65.00 per hour

Las Vegas, NV

Position Summary
RCM Health Care Services is hiring licensed school-based Speech Language Pathologists for the 2026–2027 school year in the Las Vegas, Nevada area. This position involves providing speech and language evaluations, therapy services, and educational support to students within school settings. Providers will receive paid training, ongoing support, and technology resources including a laptop or iPad. Responsibilities
• Schedule / Shift
- Shift details: Monday–Friday following school schedule
- Hours per week: 7.25–7.5 hour school day
- Contract length: 2026–2027 school year
• Key Duties:
- Provide speech and language assessments, evaluations, and therapy services to students
- Deliver in-person therapy services in accordance with student IEP goals and educational plans
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions manually or electronically
- Complete IEP documentation and end-of-year process reports as required
- Collaborate with school staff, families, and interdisciplinary teams regarding therapy plans and student progress
Requirements
• Education
- Required: Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field
• Licenses & Certifications
- Required: Active Nevada Speech Language Pathologist license and registration
- Required: Speech-Language Impaired endorsement/license
Skills:
- Strong communication and collaboration skills within school-based environments
- Ability to provide effective in-person therapy services to students
- Knowledge of IEP processes, therapy documentation, and student evaluations
- Ability to manage caseloads and maintain compliance with educational standards
