Encompass Health seeks an Inpatient Rehab Physical Therapist to deliver evidence-based rehabilitative care to adult and geriatric patients in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. You will complete comprehensive PT evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to restore mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence. Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, goal-driven care. Document progress, educate patients and families, and contribute to discharge planning—all within a nurturing, dynamic, and growth-focused environment.
