Job Details

Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP):

* Mon - Fri (days)
* Outpatient setting
* Acute and chronic care management, well visits, sick visits, vaccinations across the full lifespan

Qualifications:
* Completion of a Nurse Practitioner program
* Prefer 2+ years clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner
* Prefer experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Primary Care or related specialty
* Must be able to treat the full lifespan
* Active MA state License
* DEA or eligible
* Bilingual Spanish and/or Haitian Creole preferred
