Join a Leading Beverage Manufacturing Team
Location: Dallas, TX
Compensation: $43.04 / hour
Shift Differential: 6%-8% of base hourly rate (eligible hours)
We’re hiring a Maintenance Technician to support our high‑speed beverage production facility. In this role, you’ll keep bottling and utility systems running safely, efficiently, and at peak performance.
Shift & Schedule
Hours: 5:30 am - 4:00 pm
Days: Monday - Friday
Additional: Ability to work holidays and weekends as needed

Responsibilities:Core Functions
Maintain and repair beverage production and bottling equipment
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Perform preventive maintenance and rebuild components
Reduce downtime through effective root‑cause troubleshooting
Maintain accurate maintenance and compliance documentation
Work closely with production, quality, and safety teams
Coordinate with vendors and contractors on repairs and upgrades
Qualifications:Required Competencies
3+ years of maintenance experience in beverage or high‑speed manufacturing
High School Diploma/GED (technical training preferred)
Mechanical Aptitude Test required
Experience with bottling equipment, compressors, boilers, chillers, and water processing
Ability to diagnose electrical issues (single/three‑phase)
Ability to read mechanical drawings and schematics
Computer skills (Microsoft Office; SAP a plus)
Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical inspections
Able to work independently and support multiple shifts when needed
