Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active Hawaii state Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification may be required from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
