Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required after submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: - Critical Care, CVICU, NICU, ED, progressive care, and all floor therapies experience required.

Unit Details: - Adult and NICU patient population; no pediatric patients. - Uses Servo ventilators (to include I, U, and Airs), Trilogy, ResMed AirCurve, HiFlow, Airvo, NOXbox, and bubble CPAP.

Shift & Scheduling: - Every other weekend. - Travelers will work 75% of holidays. - No call.

Floating Requirements: - Required to float per regional needs within scope of practice to Pineville, Anson, Union, Union West, any freestanding ED within Region 2, and Central Division (CMC Main, CMC Mercy, Levine Children’s Hospital).

14 days maximum time off

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months

Proof of identification required

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) or the alternative certification CRT

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)

• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition)
