Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active California Physical Therapist license required to start the position.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility, assisted living, or long-term care setting preferred.
- Experience providing care for adults with post-acute, rehabilitation, or complex medical needs preferred.
- Ability to perform evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements.
