Stepdown Overflow Registered Nurse

Mission Health is seeking a Stepdown Overflow Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care for acutely ill adult patients transitioning from ICU to medical-surgical levels. In this fast-paced, patient-centered unit, you will perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications, manage complex monitoring equipment, and coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team. RNs educate patients and families, contribute to care planning, and support quality and safety initiatives.
