Companion Pet Hospital is dedicated to providing exceptional care for companion animals while enhancing our knowledge and skills. We have been AAHA-accredited for twenty-five years and hold certifications as a Fear-Free and Cat-Friendly Practice. Our experienced team emphasizes personalized services and owner education, and we actively support the community by partnering with rescue groups to offer physical exams for shelter animals.

We provide top-notch care for pets, including preventive services, dentistry, and surgeries. Our tailored health care packages cater to puppies, adults, and seniors. Our facilities feature advanced diagnostic tools and the latest technology for routine and complex surgeries. In addition, we offer integrative medicine techniques, such as laser therapy and acupuncture, for pets that need alternative treatments.

Carmel, located one hour north of New York City, is a historic village known for its scenic trails, wildlife sanctuaries, and picturesque lakes. The vibrant downtown area features haunted hotel tours and local dining options. • This Externship is paid at $17 per hour

• Must be an Active Veterinary Student from an AVMA Accredited Institution.
