Program Lead-PB Rehab PT

PowerBack Rehabilitation, a leader in post-hospital rehabilitation services, is seeking a Program Lead for Physical Therapy in our Patient-Based Rehabilitation department. This role is pivotal in managing and enhancing our rehabilitation programs, ensuring effective delivery of physical therapy services to our patients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the physical therapy team, designing patient-specific rehabilitation plans, and ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained. Drawing on PowerBack Rehabilitation’s commitment to tailored and intense rehabilitation treatments, the Program Lead will play a key role in helping patients regain independence following surgery, injury, or illness. This individual must possess a strong background in physical therapy, leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of post-hospital recovery processes.
