Inpatient Clinical Psychiatrist West Palm Beach, FL
A well-established healthcare system in West Palm Beach, Florida is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified (BE/BC) Psychiatrist to join its inpatient behavioral health team. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a structured hospital environment with strong clinical support and a stable patient census.
Position Highlights
- Full-time inpatient psychiatry role
- Adult inpatient population (adolescent coverage optional, depending on program)
- Structured daily rounding with interdisciplinary team collaboration
- No outpatient responsibilities

Responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for hospitalized patients
- Lead and participate in treatment team meetings and care planning
- Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and case management teams
- Ensure timely documentation and compliance with hospital standards
- Participate in call rotation as required
