Respiratory Therapy Supervisor

HealthONE is seeking a Respiratory Therapy Supervisor to lead daily respiratory care operations across our Denver facilities. In this role, you will supervise respiratory therapists, coordinate staffing and assignments, and ensure high-quality, evidence-based respiratory care for diverse patient populations. You will oversee equipment management, staff training, and compliance with hospital and regulatory standards. The supervisor collaborates with physicians and nursing teams, mentors staff, supports quality improvement initiatives, and promotes HealthONE’s culture of excellence, compassion, and patient safety while fostering professional growth.
