Receptionist

We are currently looking for a Part-Time Receptionist tojoin our enthusiastic team at Paul’s Run.

Paul’s Run Retirement Community in Northeast Philadelphia has a reputation as one of the BEST senior health care providers. We take pride in our dedicated team members who support and care for our residents. We are family!

Key job responsibilities include :

• Greet all visitors in pleasant, courteous, and professional manner.
• Ensure that visitors register with security and receive an EZ Lobby visitor pass. Process visitor passes in the absence of security.
• Answer console quickly and courteously. Screen and transfer telephone calls to proper personnel.
• Accept deliveries and log received packages and medication deliveries. Ensure signature by resident in logbook upon pick up.

Shift/Schedule available :

• Part-Time 8:00am-2:00pm and 2:00pm-8:00pm weekends and varying weekdays.

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous public contact work.
