Join a pediatric cardiac critical care team where specialized expertise, research, and compassionate care come together within Vanderbilt's nationally recognized Pediatric Heart Institute.

- Practice in a 23-bed PCICU dedicated to critically ill children with heart disease.
- Care for newborns through 18-year-olds with congenital heart defects, acquired heart disease, and post-operative cardiac needs.
- Collaborate with cardiac critical care, cardiology, cardiac surgery, nursing, respiratory therapy, social work, case management, and child life specialists.
- Work in a research-active environment with PCICU experts involved in clinical studies and publications.
- Competitive compensation, including a total sign-on package of up to $25,000 for qualified full-time candidates ($15,000 sign-on bonus plus $10,000 in relocation assistance if 100+ miles from Nashville)
